The seventh Free and Open source Software Developers' European Meeting (FOSDEM) is a 2 days event, organised by volunteers, to promote the widespread use of Free and Open Source software.
M6-IT attends a lot of voluntary sector events, which doesn't leave much time for geek events - but there's one we don't miss. FOSDEM brings together thousands of Free Software developers from across Europe for an intensive weekend of lectures, coding - oh, and sampling fine Belgian beers ;-)
Expect the M6-IT staff to return re-invigorated, and full of ideas for bringing the latest Free Software apps to third sector organisations.
